Government report highlights skills challenges and opportunities for employers
Commissioned by the Department for Education, the 2024 Skills Horizon barometer has been published to reveal challenges and opportunities faced by SMEs for the year ahead.
This report brings together year-on-year data and fresh insights, gleaned from 1,500 SME decision makers across England, including our own Group HR Director, Louise Campbell.
Aptly, during National Apprenticeships Week, Louise reflects in the report on just how important our apprenticeship scheme is to ensure that skills and knowledge are passed onto the next generation and that we have good succession planning.
