Accelerating Action on International Women’s Day

To celebrate International Women’s Day 2025, the 2Excel Women’s Network has chosen to honour each of its female employees with a small gift, to thank them for their dedication and valuable contributions.

Louise Heap, chair of the Women’s Network, said: “We came up with the idea for our 2Excel Women’s Network exactly one year ago, and had a formal launch later in the year. This year’s International Women’s Day theme is Accelerate Action, which aligns perfectly with our commitment to advance gender equality and foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for all of the women across the Group.

“Every action matters, whether it’s through mentorship, advocating for policy changes, or simply offering a listening ear. Our Women’s Network encourages everyone to embrace this year’s theme and take concrete steps to support and uplift one another.

“Together, we can make a significant impact, not only within our organisation but also in the wider community. Let’s continue to support and empower each other, today and always.”
