Caroline Herman joins 2Excel as Group Head of HR

Caroline Herman has joined 2Excel as Group Head of HR, bringing 30 years of experience in human resources within the food retail, manufacturing, and engineering sectors. 

She will support Group HR Director Louise Campbell, acting as her Deputy with a focus on operations, so that Louise can direct her attention towards strategic planning for the Company’s continued and future growth.
